Bradfield Tennis Centre are looking to recruit a Level 3 / 4 Tennis Coach who will add value and strength to an already strong and cohesive coaching team at our world class tennis facility.

Bradfield Tennis Centre is a multi – LTA Award winning centre. The centre boasts three indoor Plexi – pave courts (as used at the Australian Open) and six floodlit Conica clay courts (as used at the WTA Porsche Open in Stuttgart & the NTC at Roehampton).

The successful applicant will deliver coaching across the entire programme and will require:

  • A player centred approach
  • The energy to work on new initiatives and coach players, regardless of their age and playing ability
  • Professionalism on and off court to represent the Tennis Centre and Bradfield College
  • The ability and openness to learn from other team members
  • A team centred approach, with the ability to build on and take on new ideas
  • Flexibility, as the job role may require the successful candidate to occasionally work unsociable hours
  • Initiative to make decisions when working unsupervised
