The WIN is looking for a creative and energetic Outreach Hub Co-ordinator to work in the Weston-super-Mare area. The postholder will build and develop working relationships with identified outreach partners such as local authorities, LEP’s, National Citizens Service, Careers Enterprise Council and local employers in order to offer outreach activities to a number of schools in the area.
Educated to first-degree level (or equivalent) the successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders including schools, teachers, careers advisors, employers and youth and community groups. The post holder will also need to demonstrate a high level of organisational skill and time management.
The postholder will be expected to support the WIN Project Manager and the wider WIN team in the efficient management of the project particularly with the work of the Outreach Hub which is a new development for the National Collaborative Outreach Programme (NCOP).
The WIN is one of the NCOP consortia funded by the Office for Students (OfS) and covers Bath, North Somerset and Wiltshire.
