Job overview

We are looking for a drama teacher, to work with our Music and Visual Arts departments.The ideal candidate should demonstrate interest in educational research and be passionate about inspiring children to achieve their full potential.

The Drama teacher will help students as both individuals and groups, will foster an appreciation of Theatre, and provide a joyful and supportive learning environment for dramatic development. We seek to provide meaningful drama and music development for our students. Candidates should be energetic, collaborative and progressive-minded with knowledge of the latest trends in music education and the use of digital technologies in the above mentioned fields.

English is the main language for communication at the school.

About St. Peter's School Barcelona

Founded in 1964, St Peter’s School is a private, international school located in Barcelona for pupils from Early Years to Secondary (Pre-U). Our age range is from 12 months to 18 years.

Our student body is currently made up of 630 pupils of over 40 nationalities and we have 110 teachers representing over 10 nationalities.

The school is comprised of four stages:

  • Foundation Stage
  • Primary
  • Secondary
  • Pre-U

Our curriculum combines elements from Spanish, English and International models. English is our main means of communication at school, but we also include the study of Spanish, Catalan, French and German. Teachers are all native speakers.
