Hours: 42.5 hours per week x 40 weeks (term time plus 2 training weeks)

Unsted Park School are recruiting for a Therapy Assistant to join their proactive therapy team.  The role of Therapy Assistant is to work across all disciplines to support our learners to achieve their outcomes in line with their Education Healthcare Plan.  Duties will include following the therapy planning process, assisting with target setting and implementation of targets and recording of appropriate documentation.

  • Have experience working with children and young people
  • Have passion, enthusiasm and excellent communications skills
  • Have high levels of self-motivation
  • Be able to show patience and understanding in difficult situations
  • Be a positive role model who believes in helping our young people flourish.


Unsted Park School provides specialist education for boys and girls aged 7 to 19 with Asperger's Syndrome, higher functioning autism and associated disorders.
