We are looking to recruit a confident individual to supervise students who have been internally excluded from their lessons generally due to their behaviour.

The job will involve working with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the smooth running of the time out facility for these students.

The successful applicant should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be well organised, have good understanding of an educational environment and demonstrate an ability to work with young people.

Hollyfield is a beautiful school set in the Surbiton area of Surrey with excellent transport links to central London which enables our staff and young people to take full advantage of the wealth of opportunities that London provides. We are an ambitious school that puts student achievement and wellbeing at its’ heart.

In April 2016 we were judged by Ofsted to be ‘good’ -‘The provision for pupils’ personal development is outstanding.’ Since then we have worked hard to continue to develop our high standards.

We are part of the Every Child, Every Day Multi Academy Trust and consequently, have further developed our extremely strong working relationship with Grey Court School (an Ofsted rated ‘outstanding’ school). We are very excited about the future and the opportunities the MAT will bring.

For further details about the school visit our website. Please note we cannot accept CVs and our standard application form must be completed and returned to vacancies@hollyfield.kingston.sch.uk.

The Governing and Trust Bodies are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all our children and expect all staff to share this commitment. Any offer of employment will be subject to receipt of a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring service check.
