Job overview

We are looking for a recent graduate or similar to become our next School Business Manager within the next 3 to 5 years. Our ideal candidate is looking for a career as a School Business Manager and can develop the skills in time to lead this aspect of our organisation. 

 We are a large, complex 11-18 Academy, working as part of a Multi-Academy Trust. The post may be suitable for an experienced Primary School Business Manager who would like a more demanding and varied role.   

School business management is a varied and fulfilling career offering the day to day vibrancy of working with students and young people, combined with the moral purpose of improving the lives of whole school community by managing the back office functions of the organisation.

You will need intellectual and financial astuteness with good attention to detail.

In your first year, you will complete a School Business Management qualification and learn in post along side our existing team.

You will also meet the professionals across our trust and gain valuable experience in other academies.
