The role

We’re offering the opportunity to receive on-the-job training as a teacher, and gaining QTS through our well-established partnership with TES Straight to Teaching. 

We are looking for graduates who are enthusiastic about teaching and inspiring young people.  We will support your training and development as a teacher and will cover the cost of your teaching qualification.

We offer ongoing support, including mentoring and coaching, for you to have the best possible start to your teaching career.   

You should have achieved, or be on course to achieve, a 2:2 or above in your undergraduate degree. Whilst previous experience of supporting young people in their education is great, what really matters is your ability to engage with young people and create excellent learning environments for them.

You should also have a passion for your subject and a strong commitment to develop your professional practice. We also need you to have a high standard in both your literacy and verbal communication skills.
