Support Staff Pay Scale, incremental progression throughout the band is available (£26,673 — £29,961 per annum)

Role:

We require a motivated, pro-active and ideally MCIOB qualified Trainer/Assessor to deliver and assess on higher apprenticeship and work based NVQ programmes in construction management. You will be joining a team of people who are committed to supporting learners to achieve outstanding outcomes in a fast growing sector.

Delivering and assessing Advanced and Higher Level Professional Construction Apprenticeship    frameworks (up to level 5) and NVQ’s (up to level 7). You will hold appropriate qualifications and industry experience up to senior construction management level. Passionate about construction and the built environment, the right candidate will be keen to develop the next generation of site managers / project managers etc.

Ideally the successful candidate will possess an assessor qualification (D32/3, A1, TAQA) and preferably IQA (D34/V1) qualification as well as a proven track record of recruiting new learners,   engaging with employers and supporting learners to achieve excellent results.

We are also willing to support a successful candidate from industry, with no previous assessment experience, providing full training and support where required.
