Trainer – Plastering

Apprenticeship & Work Based Learning

37 hours per week, permanent

£24,095 - £26,274 with the possibility of up to £5,000 allowance per annum


The successful candidate will join the apprenticeship team and be responsible for managing a caseload of learners on apprenticeship programmes in Plastering.  The role will involve working with employers, the business development team and class-based teachers to ensure that the apprentices under your supervision manage their workload and achieve their qualification.  

As part of your role you will carry out reviews and assessments, both on site and within the college to ensure their success, as well as supporting learners in order to achieve their end point assessment.
