An exciting opportunity has arisen to support our Business Administration and Management Apprenticeships. The successful candidate will work closely with the tutor team to support apprentices throughout their programme. You will visit apprentices in the workplace to support and assess the development of administration, business and management skills. A core element of the role is coaching apprentices to learn from experience and improve performance whilst forming strong relationships with employers. Applicants should have a good level of knowledge of core business skills and administration. Experience and/or knowledge in management will beneficial but not essential as other Advisors can cover this area if needed. Ideally you will have an Assessor’s Award and/or experience of supporting others through training. Access to or use of transport is required.
