The Sheffield College is looking to recruit an exceptional individual as a Training and Assessment Facilitator for our Health care Science programmes. Applications are welcome from candidates who have the appropriate skills,In Health or Science settings a high level of practical expertise and are passionate about working with and supporting College teams to deliver excellent outcomes for our learners.


You will be required to work with The College curriculum staff, learners and employers to support the completion of full framework/standards in a timely and professional manner. 

The role will also include the completion of apprentice reviews to an agreed time scale within the workplace with apprentices and their managers using the Smart Assessor software and ensuring correct Apprenticeship evidence collected and uploaded.


You will have an NVQ Assessor qualification, TAQA or equivalent or a willingness to undertake this. You will also have excellent time management skills and communication skills to enable you to support leaners following their accredited Health and Science programmes at the Sheffield College or within the workplace.



There will be a requirement to travel between college and employer sites across Yorkshire and The Humber and have the ability to work flexible hours e.g. evenings and weekends when required.
