An exciting opportunity has risen for an inspiring Training Lead to join and make a significant contribution to the development and delivery of a pioneering teacher training curriculum. We are looking for both Primary and Secondary specialists.

The successful candidate will work with our network of expert practitioners in order to develop and deliver outstanding teacher training modules and e-learning for our Initial Teacher Training (and NQT) programme. Within the role candidates will be accountable for the effectiveness of the design and delivery of the training curriculum as well as the ongoing evaluation of all aspects of the curriculum.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Experience of coaching and mentoring beginner teachers
  • Experience of leading professional development sessions for teachers
  • Understanding of best practice in initial teacher training and up-to-date understanding of the current changes to initial teacher training.
