Are you a good motivator, have excellent presentation and IT skills, good time management and super organised?

Le Wai Jiao are looking for someone to:

  • to coordinate with the training heads for identifying the training needs of the organization and the teachers
  • to develop training modules and organize the training sessions along with the follow-up evaluations on professional and behavioural aspects 
  • to deliver specific trainings for the trainers and/or teachers with high quality
  • to build the connection and to balance the culture differences between the Chinese and Western cultures 
  • to draw training plans and to manage the trainers, guarantee the suitable content and schedules for the training courses


They offer:

  • Net Monthly income: US$2,700 – $3,600 before tax
  • Base Salary: USD 2700 – 3000 (RMB 18,000 – 20,000) before tax 
  • Insurance: Basic Health Insurance. 
  • Assistance in sponsored legal Z Work Visa in your home country and in China
  • Flight: One way to China 
  • Arrival: Airport Pickup assistance
  • On boarding: Ground service assistance
