Calderdale College is looking to recruit an exceptional, appropriately qualified and experienced individual to work in the Employer Responsive area as a Training Officer in Residential Care (Children) to deliver Apprenticeship Frameworks/Standards and achieve high standards in performance including challenging timely and overall Achievement Rates across the sector area. As a Training Officer you will be involved in all aspects of the Apprenticeship Framework including ensuring quality assurance across all aspects of the learner journey and high standards in Teaching Learning and Assessment practice. All Training Officers will be expected to contribute to the growth and development of the provision. The individual appointed will be high performing and focused individual with the ambition and drive to deliver and achieve these challenging expectations and targets.

The main purpose of the role is to work with key stakeholders & employers to develop & deliver Apprenticeship Framework/Standard and to ensure the growth of the Apprenticeship provision and to ensure timely achievement of all learners.

The role requires an exceptional, well-qualified and experienced individual who can demonstrate outstanding success in previous roles. This individual will also be able to demonstrate the role to their learners. The role requires an individual who is solutions orientated and innovative but who has the drive and determination to achieve success in all aspects of the role.
