Hours Per week/Status: 25 hours per week/Fractional
Contract Term: Permanent, Term time only – 38 Weeks per year
Salary: £12,477 - £14,882 pro rata based on FTE £18,466 - £22,025 per annum (Salary Points HLL24 – HLL30)

Calderdale College is looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual who will be able to deliver specialist information, advice and guidance to young people and their parents and carers in a range of external and internal settings.
The key purpose of this role is to ensure effective transition programmes are implemented and monitored relating to the statutory assessment EHCP for students with and without special education needs and/or disability as specified in the SEND Code of Practice (2015)
The successful candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of adults and young people and be self-motivated and enthusiastic about working with a diverse range of learners.
