Job overview

St Paul’s is a selective Independent Day School for boys aged 13-18, occupying a superb 45-acre site on the south bank of the Thames, west of Hammersmith Bridge. St Paul’s School excels academically at both A level and GCSE, with some of the highest national scores, but it is the work beyond the curriculum that excites both students and teachers alike.

TRIPS & REGISTRATION ADMINISTRATOR

Salary c£25,000 (Full-time equivalent)

(Term time only plus 4 weeks)

An excellent administrator is required to provide all aspects of administration of School trips involving overnights stays and for supporting the management of pupil registration and attendance. The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, a proven capacity to prioritise, the ability to manage basic budgets and strong communication skills. An interest in travel and a knowledge of Geography would be desirable.

St Paul’s School was founded in 1509 and currently occupies a large site in Barnes, south-west London. A selective independent school, it provides an education for boys aged 7-18 and has boarding facilities for a small number of its students.

Prospective entrants are usually expected to pass online and/or written examinations across a range of subjects, as well as undergoing an interview with a senior member of staff. In order to improve accessibility for students from poorer backgrounds, a wide range of bursaries and scholarships are available for boys who reach the required academic standard.
