Our philosophy is simple, we believe that with the right support, guidance, provision and challenge all children are capable of achieving greatness in whatever field they choose.

The Leadership team and teaching staff is focussed on raising the expectations of pupils, through consistently well planned and delivered lessons, tracking of individual pupil progress and structured feedback.

The Trust places Quality First Teaching as one of its core values.  The pursuit of teaching excellence on a daily basis is a fundamental requirement in all of its schools.

Our key focus is the development of a series of learning ‘essentials’, these are:
