Job overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our trust as the Attendance Lead across our family of schools. You will be responsible for driving attendance improvement strategies, ensuring student engagement and collaborating with parents and staff to enhance school attendance rates.  You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by ensuring students attend school regularly and that barriers to attendance are removed. You will need to be a high performing, impact driven person with proven results. This is a significant role, and you will have an unrelenting focus on making sure that attendance is transformational. You’ll play a key role in fostering a culture where every student feels they belong, thrives in their education, and experiences the joy of learning. Ultimately, we want to ensure that everyone attends every day and you will be the key enabler of that, are you ready to take on this challenge?
