Trust Caretaker

Raleigh Learning Trust aims to provide safe and welcoming buildings and spaces to enable it to deliver remarkable and memorable learning experiences for our pupils, and resourceful and sustainable places for our staff to work.  

To enable us to do this we are looking to appoint within our multi-site estates team, a professional and hardworking individual with a relevant qualification or equivalent specialist experience in a trade skill e.g. plumbing, electrical repairs or joinery.  

This rewarding role will give you the opportunity to work within the Trust in a team based structure and across multiple academy sites, so flexibility is an important quality as well as being a strong team player.  You will play an important role in the day to day running of the academy buildings and estate land ensuring the sites are well maintained, secure and compliant.  Your trade skills will be a crucial asset to complement the existing resources, so we particularly welcome people looking to transfer skills into a school based environment.  You will be someone who takes great pride in their work, pays attention to detail and proactive in responding to issues.
