Trust English Teaching and Learning Advisor

Berlesduna Academy Trust has an exciting opportunity for an English Teaching and Learning Advisor to join the Trust team as soon as possible.

The position can be Full or Part time. The salary range is Leadership Point 4 - 8 (FTE £48,934 - £53,880).

Berlesduna Academy Trust is based in Basildon and currently comprises of ten primary schools as well as a Teacher Training Partnership and Autism Hub. The Trust is looking to expand and is a vibrant, exciting and dynamic place to learn and work. Our ethos is very much about devolved leadership and all of our schools run independently supported by our small central team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic English Advisor to work across the Trust to support delivery and improve the quality of teaching and learning in English and Phonics. We have established a reputation for highly innovative and collaborative practice that significantly improves educational provision and is focused on equality and diversity.  

Your ability to ensure that our schools can make the most of their unique differences whilst embracing the benefits of working together through collaboration and partnership is critical, to ensure high performance and quality of education for every pupil.
