Reporting to the Trust’s Director of Estates and Facilities Management, the Trust Estates Manager is a very important role within the Estates & Facilities Management function. You will be responsible for providing a high-quality, proactive service to Trust schools.

 

You

Dynamic and motivational, you will support the Trust Director of Estates and Facilities Management in ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety compliance (legislation and implementation), assist in the development and monitoring of estates related risk management, as well as support school premises staff with regular scheduled visits.

 

You will need to be HND or HNC qualified in Building Engineering or Facilities Management and have a significant level of experience at a managerial level, with a high level of skills, knowledge, and experience to support the strategic estates and facilities management function across the whole Trust.
