This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estates professional to join an outstanding team and be at the forefront of our organisational development.

As Trust Estates Manager, you will lead on the management of services and processes to support the provision of safe and legally compliant campus operations in all academies across the Trust. Responsible for the Trust Estates Strategy, you will oversee all aspects of estates procurement, contract management, grounds and building’s design, development and maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities infrastructure and space management etc. Working with the site leads, you will have overall management responsibility for the site teams based at each site and have a willingness to work flexibly, attending at the various sites as required as well as some evening work.  

With previous experience in a similar environment and a good understanding of legislation and guidance relating to health and safety, you will have excellent organisation and negotiation skills, along with excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Experience of completing risk assessments and/or checks relating to work standards, data returns to funding bodies and experience in managing contractors/building projects is also essential.
