Trust Finance Manager

Vacancy: Trust Finance Manager 

Grade:  TSPT 11-13 

Salary Range: £35,041 to £42,974  

Hours: 36 hours (Mon-Fri), 52 weeks per year 

Start date: ASAP

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, self-starter to join The Spring 

Partnership Trust to ensure that the schools’ statutory financial obligations are met and to lead and manage the Finance team centrally.  

The ideal candidate will possess a professional accountancy qualification or AAT level 3 as a minimum and have extensive finance experience in a multi-disciplinary organisation or in the education sector. 

You will have experience of strategic financial planning, excellent numeracy and communication skills with the ability to understand and analyse complex financial data.  All of this will be combined with the skills and experience to prepare budgets, produce monthly management accounts & reports, analyse trends & spend patterns, prepare cashflow forecasts and salary analysis as well as manage the daily financial routines.

This post is currently hybrid working – part-time in the office, part-time working from home (days tbc).
