Contract: Permanent
Grade: TSPT 11-13
Hours: 36 hours per week (Mon-Fri), from 44 - 52 weeks per year (flexibility offered )
This post is currently hybrid working – your working days will be a combination of working from home and working in the office (days TBC).
Salary: FTE £35,041 - £42,974 – dependent on experience and weeks worked
Start date: ASAP
We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, self-starter to join The Spring Partnership Trust to ensure that the schools’ statutory financial obligations are met and to lead and manage the Finance team centrally.
The ideal candidate will possess a professional accountancy qualification or AAT level 3 as a minimum and have extensive finance experience in a multi-disciplinary organisation or in the education sector.
You will have experience of strategic financial planning, excellent numeracy and communication skills with the ability to understand and analyse complex financial data. All of this will be combined with the skills and experience to prepare budgets, produce monthly management accounts & reports, analyse trends & spend patterns, prepare cash flow forecasts and salary analysis as well as manage the daily financial routines.
