The Trust are looking to recruit an experience Business Manager who will bring enthusiasm and drive to continue the development of the Trust finance operations through the next exciting stage of our growth. 

We are looking for: 

• An individual with strong financial and management accounting background with solid experience. 

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, managing, influencing, guiding and mentoring to achieve and deliver the required strategies.

• Ideally someone with experience in a school environment with good knowledge of the ESFA requirements.

• Excellent organisation, administration, auditing and questioning mind-set. 

• Access to your own transport and a full driving licence is essential.

About The Frances Bardsley Academy for Girls

The Frances Bardsley Academy for Girls is a non-denominational academy secondary school and sixth form for girls aged between 11 and 18. It is located in Romford in the borough of Havering, London. The number of pupils is approximately 1,300.

The school was established in 1906 by Frances Bardsley with the aim of providing free education to the local girls. Formerly across two different sites until 2003, it became The Frances Bardsley School for Girls in 1972 and converted to academy status in 2012.
