Job overview

Synaptic are seeking to appoint a creative, innovative and passionate leader who is able to implement world class growth and learning. You will use your coaching and communicating skills and ability to build positive teams, in order to attain outstanding outcomes.

You will work closely with the CEO and the trust directors on the strategic development of Synaptic, lead the development of the Improvement Team and oversee school improvement initiatives in all Synaptic academies. 

The Trust Improvement Leader will work alongside the academies to support them in raising standards of achievement, developing quality first teaching, setting challenging goals, establishing and maintaining improvement processes and holding them to account for their performance. 

The successful candidate will be expected to promote and develop partnership and collaboration between academies, the teaching school and outside agencies. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with a growth mind-set who is keen to further develop their career within Synaptic.
