Oak Trust is a local partnership of academies in south Leicestershire. Oak Trust was formally established in April 2018 and currently consists of one secondary school, two primary schools, one junior school, one infant and two pre-schools, with over 2,500 pupils and approximately 427 staff.

Oak Trust put our vision and values at the heart of everything we do which drives our commitment to the concept of a MAT as a family of schools working collaboratively with, and supporting each other to ensure all our children realise their full potential as learners and as citizens, and that no child is left behind.

This is an exciting role working jointly for the Trust Shared Services and the secondary school in the Trust and a key part of our strategy moving forward.  We are looking for a unique individual who thrives on making a difference, can create relationships across the Trust and elicit the gems of data that enhance how we transform the life chances of our students.

The postholder will be required to maintain databases, analyse data and utilise their extensive computing skills to produce accurate, well-presented information with the key aim of supporting school improvement. The postholder will identify and investigate data quality issues and must have good presentation and communication skills. It is essential to be educated to degree level in a subject with substantial numerate content, or to have equivalent experience.
