The Trust Central Office is based at The Arthur Terry School, Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. You will be required to work across all Trust school sites and working from home is also supported. 

Hours:  Full Time, Term Time Only

Start Date: Required for September 2022

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 13 primary schools, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider.  Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire, and Coventry.  

We are seeking to appoint a Trust Vulnerable Children Lead to add capacity to our School Improvement Team during this stage in our development and growth. 

The Trust Vulnerable Children Lead will be one of the Trust’s Senior Leaders and as such will be responsible for ensuring vulnerable children, including SEND, Looked After Children and Disadvantaged have their needs met through an entitlement to high quality education including where those children are educated through alternative provision placements.  

You will promote and embody the ‘One Trust vision’ so that it is always at the core of school/trust improvement work ensuring ‘children are at the heart of everything we do’. 

The successful applicant will:

• Provide leadership that enables the Trust to achieve its strategic objectives for Vulnerable Children

• Ensure the Trust has outstanding provision for all our children, across all schools

• Ensure the Trust complies with all statutory and legal requirements for all Vulnerable children
