At Equal Education, we believe in the power of education to transform lives. We’re not just another tutoring company—we’re a social enterprise with a mission to provide life-changing, 1:1 specialist tuition for vulnerable and disadvantaged children, including Children Looked After (CLA), those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC).

Our work is grounded in the belief that every young person deserves equal opportunities to succeed, no matter where they come from or the challenges they face. We partner with highly qualified teachers who share our passion for making a difference. Together, we deliver tailored programmes that break down barriers to learning, raise aspirations, and help students discover their full potential.

At Equal Education, we don’t just want to close the educational gap—we want to create a future where no child is left behind. The work we do isn’t just about lessons and grades; it’s about fostering confidence, building resilience, and unlocking possibilities. Our commitment to impact goes beyond academic success. It’s about transforming the way society supports its most vulnerable young people.

If you’re driven by purpose and believe in the power of education to change lives, then you’ll feel right at home with us. At Equal Education, we’re not just educating minds—we’re shaping the future.
