Job overview
We are really excited to launch brand new Tutor Area Manager (TAM) roles at Exeter College. New for 2022/23, these roles are designed to lead and co-ordinate tutoring across faculty areas.
Successful candidates will be passionate about the impact that tutoring can have on young people, and have a creative approach which inspires exceptional tutoring practice and innovation. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills and be confident in managing tutoring provision across a broad range of curriculum areas within the faculty.
We currently have posts available in the following areas:
Post 1. Healthcare, Childcare & Public Services and Hospitality, Hair & Beauty.
Post 2. Humanities, Languages & Social Sciences and Maths & Science
Post 3. Sport & Physical Education and Business, Tourism & Outdoor Adventure and Information Technology
Within your application please identify which post you would like to apply for and outline your subject specialisms.
Successful applicants must have experience of working with learners from different educational backgrounds, be committed to outstanding teaching and learning, and hold qualified teacher status.
