We are looking for an experienced, creative and innovative Early Years Practitioner to join our team and lead our two year old nursery.
Oasis Academy Hadley is an inclusive all-through, 2 to 18 academy that is committed to giving children the best possible education. High-performing and continuously improving, we have recently moved into a new building and have excellent facilities. In June 2016 Ofsted confirmed that the academy continues to be good and is making rapid progress.
The successful candidate will be:
- An experienced and well-qualified practitioner who shows passion and commitment to outstanding early years teaching.
- Able to plan child centred experiences which promote independence.
- A collaborative team player.
- Confident modelling their teaching skills for others and lead the improvement of the team.
- Able to develop and promote positive relationships with parents.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years’ practitioner looking to progress in their career and take on their first leadership role. You will join a friendly and supportive team, led by the Early Year Learning Director, which strives to ensure that all children enjoy their learning and surpass expectations of achievement.
