Lancing College is seeking to recruit an Undergraduate Assistant for the academic year 2019 - 2020. This is an exciting opportunity for an Undergraduate to get fully involved with Boarding School life, which will involve work in both classrooms and boarding house environment plus outdoors in all weathers. 

Undergraduate Assistants at Lancing College undertake a wide range of roles and these roles will, where possible, be linked to particular interests and areas of expertise. 

The ideal candidate will be a positive, self-motivated person, able to work within a team environment but also able to work independently, the successful applicant will be required to have excellent time management, and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to deal with people at all levels. An awareness of the working environment and the people in it are essential.

Candidates are asked to add a covering letter setting out, as succinctly as possible, their reasons for applying for the position at Lancing.

The closing date for applications is Tuesday 4 December 2018 with interviews scheduled to take place week commencing 10 December 2018.
