This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and inspiring individual to join our team here at The King John School.

We are seeking a driven individual to work within our dynamic Humanities Department working at key stage 3. However, the successful candidate will need to have the ability to work with and motivate our students across all departments and all key stages.

The successful candidate will be capable of inspiring students and have the ability to develop their passion for the subject and have a firm belief in the potential of all students.

If you are looking to undertake a career in teaching this could be the role for you. Following the fixed term period, the opportunity would be available for suitable candidates to remain at King John to undertake their teacher training with us.

A very warm welcome to The King John School, a large, mixed comprehensive with a well-established sixth form. 

The school was created in 1949, and since then has served the ever-growing communities of Thundersley and Benfleet, as well as welcoming students from further afield.
