We would be delighted to hear from anyone who has a background in Any STEM related field such as product design or engineering and are happy to discuss hours with the right candidate. 


If you are thinking about a career in teaching – and have an interest in STEM or Engineering this job would give you the opportunity to work alongside our supportive teachers and gain experience before moving onto teacher training.


If you are a graduate, in the second year we would be willing to support the right candidate through Teacher Training. If you are not a graduate we would be willing to support career progression through the Apprenticeship scheme.

Longdean School is a co-educational academy school based in Hertfordshire for students aged 11-18. It is a non-denominational school.

The school specialises in Mathematics and Computing. Students are also allocated to a House from the moment they are given their House badge on their very first day at the school.
