Job overview
At Tes a UX UI Designer reports to the VP of UX & Design and works alongside a team of product managers to design and innovate great products across the organisation. You will work as part of a cross functional squad to explore design options collaboratively with product managers, the delivery team and users to ensure a consistent and exceptional site wide experience. This is a full time position based in our London office, with flexibility to work from home where appropriate and an excellent benefits package.
Who you are
You are a driven and experienced UX UI Designer with an ability to articulate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design. With a passion for technology and a good understanding of SaaS, you will have experience with user research and observation, writing research reports and presenting these to stakeholders and an ability to drive workload with autonomy.
You will be seasoned in the use of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite with a solid understanding of building consumer journeys and collating and reacting to user engagement.
You will be a motivated team player, able to partner effectively with members of senior management with experience of leveraging different internal business units to achieve objectives whilst approaching work with pragmatism and a sense of humour. You will be well versed in diplomacy and stakeholder management.
