St Clare’s is a well-known, co-educational, independent, international day and boarding college in north Oxford. We have a long and strong track record of success in providing International Baccalaureate (IB) and further education to young people from both the UK and around the world. As well as our IB World School, we also run an International College, which offers both university preparation and undergraduate courses, and a range of Summer School courses.

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious educational leader to join our dynamic senior team as Vice Principal Academic. The Vice Principal Academic is responsible for all aspects of the academic leadership and management of the IB World School and will also make a major contribution to the strategic leadership of the whole college. The successful candidate will ideally have good knowledge of the IB Diploma and the drive and energy to shape a contemporary forward-thinking environment in which our students will thrive.
