Vice Principal

The Governors, pupils and staff at All Saints National Academy are looking to appoint a Vice Principal who is a highly skilled classroom practitioner with a proven record as a motivational leader of learning. We are looking for a committed professional who has the passion and drive to support the head teacher and the wider staff team in their ambitious drive for school improvement.

As such we invite applicants who:

• Have recent leadership experience, demonstrating significant impact at whole school level
• Have a proven ability to motivate and lead colleagues, providing appropriate challenge
• and support to develop others
• Have excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
• Have teaching and learning experience across at least 2 of the primary phases
• Ideally have experience of leading or a proven specialism in a subject
• Understand both the importance of teamwork and individual organisational skills
• Have an excellent understanding of the curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment
• Believe that all children can achieve within a skillfully delivered mastery curriculum and be able to demonstrate this in practice.

Be able to authentically uphold our Christian mission statement whilst effectively promoting the British Values within our diverse community. Ideally, who is committed to applying her/his own faith practically to the Christian mission and ethos of the school
