Horninglow Primary is a one form entry primary school which became part of The de Ferrers Trust in 2016.

We are looking to extend our leadership team by appointing an outstanding leader who is forward thinking and innovative with experience in working at a strategic level.  You will have a successful track record of leadership and management and will be an outstanding classroom practitioner. You will have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to lead and motivate teams of colleagues. We are looking for a leader who is enthusiastic and committed when leading a team and reflective in their practice.

We strive to inspire all learners to go beyond what they consider possible for themselves, to experience and try new things and to realise all aspects of their potential.  There are no glass ceilings put on any of our learners; we wish to ignite a passion for learning that will remain with them as they move on to their next phase of their learning journey and indeed for life.
