This is an excellent opportunity for exceptional and experienced leaders. You will work alongside the Principals and senior leadership teams at the academies within our highly innovative, inspirational and ambitious organisation to support and raise aspirations and attainment. 

We are seeking enthusiastic leaders with the drive, vision and commitment to excellence. The successful candidates will ensure effective leadership is in place throughout their academies and rapidly raise standards. By supporting the delivery of a broad and challenging curriculum, successful candidates will enable every child to reach or exceed their potential.

You will need the tenacity and integrity to deliver in challenging circumstances and the ability to communicate a vision that inspires, motivates and enthuses staff, children and the community as a whole.
