Shireland Collegiate Academy is the founder school of Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust, providing staff with opportunities to progress both within the school and across the Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Senior Leadership Team, supporting the Principal in providing whole Academy leadership and ensuring a whole Academy approach to school improvement with a particular focus on curriculum and standards.

Successful candidates will:

·       Have a successful track record as a senior/middle leader

·       Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations

·       Have the ability to lead and motivate staff to deliver to the highest standards.

·       Role model a commitment to excellence

·       Have experience of curriculum development and timetabling.
