Vice Principal

The Directors and Principal of Radlett Preparatory School are seeking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and forward-thinking Vice Principal to join their Senior Leadership Team from September 2021.

The successful candidate will, alongside the Principal, fully contribute to the strategic direction of the school. Candidates must be able to demonstrate successful experience in leadership and management to this point in their career and evidence the impact of that work on the outcomes for pupils. The successful applicant will be someone who values building strong relationships with all members of the school community and will fully embrace the school’s ethos and values. 

Although non-class based, the successful applicant will have a major lead and responsibility for teaching and learning throughout the school and is expected to be an excellent classroom practitioner. They must possess the appropriate skills to work alongside colleagues to further support, develop and improve practice, ensuring our pupils continue to make exceptional progress throughout the school.
