We are seeking to appoint a talented and inspirational leader to join a dedicated staff team at Maltby Manor Academy in a non-teaching leadership role. With specific responsibility for driving the quality Teaching and Learning, the Vice Principal will develop and implement the Teaching and Learning Agenda and Continuous Professional Development at the Academy, collaborating with other colleagues and stakeholders in the Trust and broader. As Vice Principal you will be committed to supporting our inclusive vision to secure further positive outcomes for our young people, staff, families and the wider community. Through strong leadership, enthusiasm for learning and the ability to inspire and motivate others as a role model, you will harness the key strengths and energy of the Academy.

Judged a ‘good’ school by Ofsted in October 2017, Maltby Manor Academy is a larger than average primary school located in the heart of the Maltby community.
