Stanwick Primary is a popular, community focused Academy and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-qualified, talented and ambitious individual looking for a new challenge. The Principal wishes to appoint a Vice Principal to play a key role in the leadership of the Academy and contribute significantly to its future development.
Stanwick Primary has a dedicated and enthusiastic staff team who are committed to ensuring its children are successful and experience learning that is enjoyable, engaging and challenging. The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner who is creative and confident with exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire others. Flexibility, intellectual capacity, the ability to problem solve and be decisive are necessary skills to help deliver the Academy’s vision. The ideal candidate will also be passionate about school improvement and an expert in key areas of the curriculum.
Stanwick Primary benefits from being part of the Manor Learning Trust; a relatively new, innovative and growing sponsor and multi-academy trust in East Northamptonshire. All staff are highly valued; their wellbeing and professional development are very important; a comprehensive induction and CPD programme are underpinned by opportunities for coaching and mentoring. Collaboration and team work within the Academy and across the Trust are key to our success and opportunities for extracurricular, cross curricular and joint working are plentiful and encouraged.
Visits to the Academy are encouraged. For an informal discussion with the Principal and to arrange a visit please contact Judy Cartwright, Bursar on 01933 623117. For further details and an application form please email: firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the Academy websites: www.stanwick.northants.sch.uk or http://www.manorschool.northants.sch.uk/
