This post represents an exciting and stimulating opportunity for an ambitious and talented senior leader to be part of the next phase of development of this already successful Academy.    

You will be a key player in a strong Senior Leadership Team and will work closely with the Executive Principal and Head of School.  

As the Vice Principal (Pastoral), we will look to your innovative, creative and supportive strategic leadership to ensure the Academy becomes an outstanding centre of excellence for all our Pastoral work.  

You will share our view that excellent pastoral care is key to our community’s continuing success, while recognising the challenges that this brings.  You will be passionate about releasing potential in the young people and community we serve and lighting transformational fires in those with whom we come into contact. Aspiration and hard work are at the heart of our vision.  We are striving to shape resourceful, resilient and well-rounded young people, who are prepared for the 21st century and who can each make valuable contributions to our diverse Academy and society at large.
