Outwood Grange Academies Trust is looking to recruit a dynamic and inspiring Vice Principal to work in 8 academies in the southern region, currently covering: Chesterfield, Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Sheffield and Worksop. This is a new and innovative position which requires the successful candidate to have exceptional interpersonal skills and the drive to secure tangible levels of school improvement. 

The role calls for an outstanding teacher with excellent leadership skills and a passion for ensuring every child receives the very best level of education possible. You will work closely with the Executive Principal to support the Principals and Academy Leaders across all of the academies in the region, impacting on the lives of thousands of children and staff. 

The right applicant will gain professional advancement experiences in school leadership while ensuring consistency across the academies in: the quality of teaching and learning, standards of behaviour, student achievement and staff development.
