We are looking for someone who enjoys visible leadership, who can quickly and effectively build strong relationships with students, families and staff alike
The successful candidate must be familiar with how to run a highly successful school, and capable both of setting strategy and implementing it effectively. As part of the Inspiration Trust, twice ranked the top comprehensive schools group for pupil progress to GCSE, we offer high-quality, personalised professional development in addition to excellent career development opportunities and the chance to be part of a growing and dynamic family of schools that is at the forefront of improving education.
We are introducing a knowledge-rich curriculum across our schools, with a nationally recognised team of subject specialist leaders acting as catalyst. Together with our school subject leaders they are shaping a move from late-stage intervention to confident, broad curriculum from nursery up. Our professional finance, human resources, estates, and operations teams coordinate work for all our academies, allowing school staff and resources to be focused on the front line.
