This is an exciting role, Governors, staff and learners are looking to appoint a dynamic and motivational Vice Principal to lead Teaching, Learning and Assessment at our rapidly improving School. You will be an exceptional practitioner with an excellent  knowledge of effective pedagogy, a driven professional, who is able to contribute to the College’s vision for creating a high performing learning centered organisation. You will be an individual with vision and commitment, with a focus on delivering excellence and an ability to work in innovative and creative ways. You will have a proven track record in raising standards and levels of achievement. You will need to be a highly effective communicator who is able to inspire, motivate and enthuse staff, learners and the community as a whole.
