We are looking for a committed and dynamic Vice Principal to join a thriving 11-18 Church of England academy at a pivotal moment in its development.
Bacon’s College is a thriving and oversubscribed school with a richly diverse student population. As a former City Technology College it has a long history of innovation and a track record of success. However, student achievement should be a lot higher than it currently is. We are seeking a person who will join a newly refocused leadership team and who is able to be part of the transformation in teaching and learning needed to ensure that all our students succeed at the highest level.
You will be joining the College at an exciting time and will hold the key responsibility for leading the development of high quality, exciting and engaging teaching. You will need to be an expert teacher and have the ability to work with colleagues and take them with you. It will be a challenging and rewarding role which will prepare you well for Headship.
