Academy Transformation Trust is a leading multi academy trust committed to transforming the learning opportunities and aspirations of our pupils, and the communities in which they live. We have 1600 employees across more than 20 academies nationwide, all of whom are dedicated to delivering the highest possible standard of education to over 9000 pupils every year.
Academy Transformation Trust has eight schools in the Midlands Region; two Primary and one Secondary in Walsall, a Secondary in Sandwell, two Secondary academies in Nottinghamshire, and two Primaries in Stoke. Two additional Walsall Primary academies (including one EBD) are expected to join the Trust shortly. We also have plans to build two secondary Free Schools in Sandwell.
Our mission is to provide the very best education for all pupils and the highest level of support for our staff to ensure every pupil leaves our academies with everything they need to reach their full potential.
In order to support this development, we are looking to appoint additional Primary Senior leaders to support the growth and continued improvement in our Walsall Primary schools.
We are looking to appoint Vice Principals with expertise in teaching, learning and assessment.
One academy that will continue to flourish with additional senior leadership capacity is Jubilee Academy.
Your key role will be to support the development of teaching and learning so that all pupils make the progress they need to succeed.
You will be an effective teacher with experience of working at a management/leadership level and able to analyse a range of data to identify and drive improvements.
