VICE PRINCIPAL with Responsibility for Standards and Achievement

Leadership Pay Scale 21 to 24 - £72k to £77k -  dependent upon the experience of the candidate and subject to review as the College continues to grow.

Required for Easter or September 2018

Governors are seeking to appoint for April or September 2018 a suitably experienced and inspirational leader who is passionate about ensuring continued high standards across the college and outstanding progress and achievement.

The person appointed will join a very strong Senior Leadership Team which is continuing to develop an excellent vision for the future. This post entails overall responsibility for Standards and Achievement across the college. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate must be an inspiring and talented professional, with a clear track record of raising achievement and motivating teams across the College. Candidates must be practising Catholics.

The College was graded outstanding in its previous two Ofsted Inspections, 2011 and 2013, while last year’s GCSE and A’ Level results were above national averages on all key measures.  It is therefore well placed to continue its transformational journey.
